Can't disable managing bookmarks on ipadOS15 with content filter

Hi,

a lot of ipads in iPadOS v15.2 are managed by a jamf pro server (v10.35.0-t1640197529) with a configuration profile in single app mode (safari).

the content filter allow only some URL by the bookmarks panel.

How can i disable the "edit" button ? The students can delete bookmarks and i don't want this !
