Try:

sudo jamf enroll -verbose

That -verbose flag may give you a bit more info.

I get the following error:

hrm

Maybe worse a try:

sudo jamf enroll -prompt

with or without -verbose. Remove before the JAMF keychain located at /Library/Application Support/JAMF.

I had also issues with iOS-Apps inventory on some clients. I moved the apps from their folder ~/Music/iTunes/Mobile Application and run enroll/recon again to successful submit computer data.

Just reaching on this one, have you restarted Tomcat yet?

Yes i have restarted Tomcat, same error.

Thanks André

Does there happen to be Restricted Software in the JSS? If there is, do any of them have special characters?

No it happened also with a brand new Mac.

I had this issue and noticed the time wasn't right, once I fixed that it worked perfectly for me

I've got the same issue, but feedback regarding the machine I'm trying to reach is that is was enrolled in an older JSS. So should we rm the old jamf binary first?
