Canon uniFLOW Smart Client for Mac: Creating a Useable PKG Installer

As in the toturial is written, you have to have the plist file of the organisation. 
We added some extra preinstall and postinstall scripts, see screenshot. 

Now the profile reinstalls the old or remaining uniflow if it is still there. 

Than it installs the new. In my Jamf School, this works. But you have to have some patience, installing takes some time.

This was extremely helpful, wondering if anyone found a way to set the uniflow smart client printer as default on users Mac via Jamf Pro? 

You can do 
Files and Process

 

sudo lpadmin -d Printername

where the Printername is the name of your print queue
Example: sudo lpadmin -d Office_Printer_2FL_West
