Hello - Is there a quick and easy way to prompt the user to accept/decline a remote control request via Casper Remote?

Each user account in the JSS has privileges. You'll need to go to Settings tab --> Accounts and modify the Screen Sharing Privileges at the bottom of each account. UNcheck Screen Share with Remote Computers Without Asking.

+3I've got the option to "Screen Share with Remote Computers without Asking" checked, but I still don't have the option to see a users machine without them allowing me. Any ideas?
