I've been curios about something on this, when you have it create a random account password, is it different on each mac? or is the same password generated for each mac? and where do it show WHAT the password is changed to?

Yes the password is random but only stored in the Jamf database and no where to view it.

then how are you supposed to use it?

You don't use this account. This is an old feature of Jamf for the Jamf remote app which is now gone. At some point this account will go away in Jamf.
