I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can prevent students from changing the colour of their apps? I have looked around in the profile settings but can't seem to find a setting to disable that function.

+9YES! I've been searching for this as well. I feel like I'm in a game of whack a mole, just set our wallpaper b/c students were too focused on that. Now this is the new trend.
Do you have a Home Screen layout? This should set the location for apps you have configured in the profile, and stop the edit option for Home Screen layout.

bro there maybe a setting of locking colors, you have to look for it
