Company Portal register issue- Get the app Error

Hello Everyone 

while i am trying to registry any mac device with company portal it is saying get the app popup even device already have the latest company portal app installed, 

If anyone can help me to fix it 

 

Note - it was working as expected two days back

Can you please share the complete scenario. How you doing the integration with jamf .

We ran into this recently ourselves. We needed either the Microsoft Enterprise SSO Extension or Platform SSO configured:

Hello Everyone 

while i am trying to registry any mac device with company portal it is saying get the app popup even device already have the latest company portal app installed, 

We have the same problem on some but not other Macs.

We have a Jamf policy for Device compliance.  I split out the company portal installer to its own policy.  We already have 30 Macs enrolled and working correctly.  10 of them keep coming back to “get the app”.

  1. Go to Self Service and install company portal.
  2. Click on the Register Device Compliance policy (this has compliance configured)
    1. Company portal opens and the user signs in.
    2. The white screen with the 4 steps comes up.
    3. Step 1, press continue.
    4. Step 2 redirects us to a browser where we are prompted to get the app.
  3. Dead end point.  Nothing finishes enrolling the device.
