I am kinda interested on this one also. I am not seeing a plist that controls that setting. Even doing a snapshot of my Mac and changing the setting is not showing a plist being changed to reflect me changing the setting.

Plist is located in ~/Library/SyncedPreferences/com.apple.kvs/ChangeTokens/NoEncryption/Finder/com.apple.finder

I tried to push the plist with good settings via Configuration Profils on Jamf but it's not working

Assuming there is no native way to do that, does anyone recommend the best third party tool to do this?
