Contact Support Button in Jamf Account not working

I am having a separate issue but need to submit ticket. When I log into Jamf Account and try to click the “Contact Support” button, nothing happens. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

i had the same issue at a former employer, we used zscaler there and until i added ALL of the ip addresses for our region, but for north america as well. 

just thought i’d share

Hello! When logged into your instance, the Resource Center is in the bottom left of the page and the Contact Support is in the top right. Both of these open objects that pop out. 

The Contact Support pop out will look like the below image. 

Are you not experiencing/finding this by chance?

I do not see the pop out at all. I do see it for the Resource Center. When I go to click on Contact Support, it seems like it is not even a button.

@WilliamEDU I logged into Jamf Account and when I click on Contact Support the screen above that ​@Mitchell_Gordon posted comes up. 

However, in my instance when I click on Resource Center, I do not get a pop-up nor is there an option for to contact support in the upper right corner. I can open a ticket for this if needed.

Contact Support is working for me now. Is there a reason that this button is intermittently functional?

@WilliamEDU if you could please open a ticket or screen record your issue if this happens in the future. This will help the support team see what is happening to get this resolved.

I did receive the same information as Dan here. The popups could be blocked and whitelisting IPs can help with this.
If I receive more information, I will be sure to pass it along!
