Hi, I'm new to Jamfu (School). And I have a newbie question:)
We migrated with our fleet of school iPads from MDM Mosyle, where we could set up the lockscreen elements very nicely. Jamf's options are more limited in this, so I'd like to make my own custom conf. profile.
How do you go about creating a custom profile? Maybe I'm looking wrong, but I couldn't find any best practice on the Jamf website.
@AliCZke The iMazing Profile Editor (iPE) is a popular tool for Jamf Pro admins to use to create more tailored Configuration Profiles. As a Jamf Pro admin I'm not familiar with Jamf School capabilities, but if it provides a mechanism to upload a pre-built Configuration Profile you could use iPE to create a profile then uploaded it to your Jamf School system.
Thank you. The iMazing editor was one of the tools I tested. Either I didn't go through iMazing properly and haven't noticed it, or it doesn't have the ability to build a profile from source in XML, which I would like.
