Hi,

I have two Macs that have Declarative Device Management: Not enabled and I think they should actually have it enabled.

They are on macOS 14.2.1 and 14.3.1 and are enrolled in Jamf 11.4.1

Is there anything I can check or force them to have DDM enabled?

Have these 2 Macs checked in recently? Maybe try updating to 14.4.1 and running sudo jamf manage to see if the Declarative Profiles come down from Jamf.

How is everything going now, have you found something useful?

No, sorry.
I have observed that the same devices behave differently on different Jamf servers that I have tested. On one Jamf server they are DDM enabled, on another they are not. I have not found a way to retroactively enable DDM on a device that is not DDM enabled. A software update does not help, nor does a new enrollment.
