Under contract with our cell carrier, we swap out the old iPhone with a new iPhone. We keep the old iPhone and reuse those iPhones as a WiFi only device. The issue we're running into is the old iPhone are still showing the phone number under the Network tab in Jamf Pro mobile devices.
There are way to remove the phone number from the old iPhones in Network tab in Jamf Pro?

That was it. Removed the old SIM from a Wi-Fi only iPhone. After a reboot of the iPhone the phone number is gone from Jamf.
