It's functioning correctly on my end. Could you please verify whether this issue is occurring with a specific policy or across all policies?

Ensure that all policies have completed execution. If the policy has not finished executing, the information will not be available in the Details tab.

ex.If your policy includes an inventory payload, the details will only be visible after the inventory process is fully complete

Also seeing this issue - only in Chrome. Cleared cache did not help.  Works as expected in Safari

Cleared cache again for longer time period and now works as expected.

I'm having this issue in Safari. It started after the recent update to Jamf Pro 11.13.1. I am also having trouble scoping profiles. Safari will freeze up. We have a Jamf support case open about this. We were told that this is a product issue (PI120759). Using Chrome works. Yesterday I tried changing the user agent in Safari to Chrome. That seemed to work with profile scoping.
