I recently found traffic to dev-account-cdn.jamfnebula.com blocked by my firewall.

Can anyone explain the purpose of this URL? 

addr.dst in '3.166.192.91 is an AWS IP

If you don't see this host listed in Jamfs network documentation I recommend that you open a ticket with Jamf.
