Hi,

is there a way to push a PDF to a group of iPads in my fleet? So they can access it locally on their device?

You can push a PDF to a group of iPads using various methods. Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions are the most efficient, allowing centralized deployment. Cloud storage offers a simpler approach, while FTP servers provide more control. Local network shares are suitable for smaller, localized deployments. Choose the method that best fits your needs and technical expertise.

@mary564  How nice of you to use AI for the assignment without seeing the context. A generalized answer without Jamf Pro specific tools is not suitable when the question is asked in a Jamf Pro forum, please do better next time.

Yes. Distribute as in-house book as per https://learn.jamf.com/en-US/bundle/jamf-pro-documentation-current/page/In-House_Books.html

Hi, thanks for your response. I tried doing that, but I cannot open the PDF on the iPad. The URL I used is a Google Drive Link to share the file. Would that work? Or where could I host the PDF to make it available here?

You should download the file to your computer, and then upload to Jamf Pro in one of the supported formats. If you have a Google Drive setup already, this distribution replaces that and puts the file in Self Service.
