Hi,

We are trying to enable Bluetooth option for authorized or allowed Bluetooth headsets and wanted to block other services. Please help us on providing the solution to enable in JAMF Pro. We dont find relevant document in Jamf website.

The reason you are not seeing anything in JAMFs documentation is because this is not a function of MDM framework. You either enable bluetooth or you don't, you cannot pick and chose what is enabled or not enabled. I would recommend looking in to a security tool that can properly mitigate the risk you are trying to address.

There is a new "AllowBluetoothModification" key in MacOS

Id assume you could enable this key with a command instead of waiting on Jamf to support it, and it sounds like it would do what you were looking for @nageshboyina

I have just created a signed profile with the settings for this and as long as it is pushed by Jamf on supervised devices on MacOS 12 or higher, this works as expected.  It locks bluetooth to on but allows connections.   This will help hopefully with Apple Classroom access since we had students turning off bluetooth to keep teachers from seeing their screens.

Here is the profile:

Just be sure to sign it before uploading it to JAMF or it wont work.

Vote up the Feature request if you have a chance as well for Jamf to support this new key:
