i  have a set of Gen7 devices that were released from DEP that now need to be used for a project.

I can successfully re-enroll using an enrollment profile  with Apple Configurator.

Once this is done, the record in jamf shows institutional device, supervised  and managed.

On the device, however, there’s a Red link on both the mdm and cert. to Remove the profile.

I seem to recall there is a window of time that allows this.

1. is there a way to enroll where the profiles cannot be removed?

2. If no, how long is that window before the profiles cannot be removed.
