Error command: The new MDM payload does not match the previous payload. Mismatched key: CheckInURL

On a specific device, the “Update Inventory” command is successfully sent and works normally.
However, when the “Renew MDM Profile” command is sent, it fails with the following message:

Error command: The new MDM payload does not match the previous payload. Mismatched key: CheckInURL

Because of this issue, the device cannot renew its MDM profile, and the expiration date is approaching.
What is causing this problem, and how can it be resolved?

① I turned on the location services and set the time to be configured automatically.
② I performed a forced restart or an OS update.

After doing both, the issue was resolved, but it is unclear which action was effective.
