Is there a way to generate a report that will show all the system names and their escrowed FileVault 2 keys (we hold them in the JSS)? I’ve reviewed the advanced computer search criteria but can’t seem to find what I need.

No, there isn't. See this Feature Request. Vote it up. Jamf needs to get the message that these kinds of reports are important and necessary. Currently they do not allow any reporting on Recovery keys across your fleet of managed Macs.
