Any validity to this article? I'm just a tad hesitant, considering it was posted on April Fool's Day, and no other article has been written regarding this exploit.

It is patched now. Version 4.6.9 (19273.0402)
Ah, that it was @ddcdennisb, thanks for the clarification (when I looked at the release notes yesterday upon release of latest patch, there were none, now there is)
