Hey folks..

We gotta few Macs here that are reporting an invalid filevault key, yet the key is visible in JamfPro and looks to be "good."

anyone know what causes this and is there a fix?

The key might be there but validation failed which means it probably won't work. Create a policy scoped to "Personal Recovery Key Validation: Invalid" and issue a new FV2 key.

That's what we do... and no matter how many times a new key is issued it always shows up as invalid.

It's not every time, but I've occasionally just had to run an inventory update and it will validate.

An inventory update will probably be required.
