Final Cut Pro Failing to install via VPP

Hi,

I'm trying to install Final Cut Pro via VPP. The mac performs the download but then fails to install. In the install log I see the following error:

 

Install rejected with error: Error Domain=PKInstallErrorDomain Code=100 "Authorization is required to install the packages." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Authorization is required to install the packages.}

Any idea on what could cause this error?

Any help would be appreciated.

    What macOS is the target computer? I'm experiencing the same issue, so I'm trying to narrow down the cause.

    Any luck with this? I'm experiencing this currently with packages installed via a Jamf Policy too.
