I'm trying to find out if it's possible to retrieve Apple Push Notification emails from the Jamf database. We're unsure about the specific Apple ID that was used for the APNs, and we need to figure out if there's a way to locate this information.
You need to contact Apple, before your certificate expires.
An email is sent to the email address that was used to generate the certificate. If you are unable to locate the account, you should contact Apple ASAP, and have them help you out. They will need generally need a copy of your governmental ID, a document specifically stating you work for the legal entity that owns the ABM instance. They can then generate the certificate under a different account without breaking everything.

You can see the Apple ID that was used for the account. Jamf Pro > Settings > Global > Push certifficates. Idk if this is new, because I swear we had this problem before with an inherited environment and it took some digging to find the address.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
