Hey Guys,
Right now we are trying to get numbers internally on how many users are making use of biometric features. I found an easy EA to script using the bioutil binary command to determine which users are using TouchID, but I am trying to find out how many are using the Apple Watch unlock feature. My security department wants to look further into the Apple Watch unlock feature before making a ruling on whether to allow it, but have asked me to see if I can provide numbers on who is utilizing it.

We are going to allow it for our upper Admin staff by request. We are K-12 public schools with student 1:1 in high school and shared k-8. Our security audit has not addressed this feature yet, will be interesting see what your team reports.

@swallace we are looking into outright blocking apple watch, but allowing touchid. I still have not found a way to check if a user is using it, but a big reason is we do not support Apple Watch whatsoever.
