Hi,

I have an issue with Beyond Trust Bomgar client on Macs Managed with my Jamf Pro instance.

I’ve made a Configuration Profile to allow Bomgar in the privacy settings, my test Mac got the rule but when i want to remote connect to my test Mac, i have to autorise 3 options.
I saw many topic about this, but even if i made the same rule, it’s not working.

If anyone has an idea? Thank you

Thank you @MusicCityMac for your suggestion, but i don’t have problems with the installs, but once the agent il installed ont managed Mac, and if i want to remote connect to a computer, user have to allow all the 3 options in the security and privacy settings.

I don’t understand why the Configuration Profile doesn’t work

@LaurentCh, I misunderstood what you were asking. My apoligies.

Apple has decided for the sake of privacy and security that the end user has to enable those three options, there is no way to do it via configuration profile or other remote option.
