Is there a way to initiate an iCloud backup to a group in Jamf School? We're wiping 300+ iPads, and I need to make sure they're all backed up. I really don't want to do them one at a time 😇

No, no known MDM command will currently do that. You'll need to touch the device to trigger that backup. Another option is to ensure they're plugged into mains power and connected to wifi. Wait half a day to a day and a scheduled backup should take place at least one, maybe twice.
