Hey everyone,

Are any of you experiencing issues connecting your MacBook to guest Wi-Fi networks like hotel or airport Wi-Fi? Some users are encountering error messages and are unable to pass through capital.apple.com.

Any ideas on how we can resolve this issue?

Thanks.

we set Zero Trust Network  on the company how we make them resolve

Is this application configured to allow Captive Portals? We have used a few different Zero Trust tools over the years, and the vendors love to block the Captive Portals in their default/recommended configuration.

What VPN Clients, Zero Trust Network Clients and Firewall Management tools do you have installed? Those kinds of tools are well known for blocking captive portals if not setup correctly (or setup correctly, as its usually recommended to block them).
