I got a set of iPhones/iPads with some restrictions. I can't get it to work so you can delete or move/make folders on the home screen. If I but a device in exclusions within the configuration profile it works, but not when it's in target.

+17Do you also have a Home Screen layout payload in the profile. If you are enforcing a certain Home Screen layout, it would prevent the iPad from being able to organize/delete the apps differently than set by the MDM
