I would like to ask a question: How does Jamf retrieve the installation count, usage duration, and user information of Office software?

@GYS1 Install count and usage duration are gathered from device inventory. If you want the use information you'll have to add an Extension Attribute to collect that information as it's not built in to Jamf Pro.
When recon runs inventory information is uploaded to JAMF and using those information JAMF displays the Application details like, installed date. version. etc..
