Hi,

Does Jamf support configuring a firmware password or preventing users from entering Safe Mode?

Thanks,

Yes.

I am not seeing where JAMF has the documentation for their recovery lock password. To enable recovery lock go to your prestage > General > Set Recovery Lock Password | you can either use a static password or a randomly generated password. The Recovery Lock password can be set after enrollment.

To view the recovery lock password. Go to the device inventory record > Security > Recovery Lock Password | Show Password.
