Anyone else having trouble with HTTP downloads after the 9.7 release? AFP and SMB both still work and I'm able to download packages by typing in the package URL into the browser.

What version are you upgrading from? There were some issues with special characters in the CasperRead/Modify passwords that we ran into when going from 9.32 to 9.64.

We went from 9.65 to 9.7. Didn't experience any problems before the update.

Did you upgrade your JDS as well as your JSS? We upgraded only the JSS and have not had any issues with downloading so far. Our JDS doesn't even have AFP/SMB.

We are getting the same error; "The network connection was interrupted while downloading the package from https"
This happening on all the packages from the JDS.

Both JSS and JDS are at version 9.7 as of this morning, was running fine on version 9.65 yesterday.

Ok, doing further investigation, it looks like the update to 9.7 turns off WebDav before the install and does not turn WebDav sharing back on after the install.

JDS server OSX 10.95 (Build 13F1066)
Server Version 3.2.2 (Build 13S5187)

I bet that is exactly the same problem I have. I will verify it in a bit. Thanks for linking that thread.

Just verified that HTTP installs work now after removing spaces from the file name. Thanks @rtrouton for finding that correlation.
