Looks like it is possible. Might have to create a custom config profile and upload it to your MDM or deploy it with Mikes "packaging profiles" method: https://www.jamf.com/jamf-nation/discussions/23349/can-you-package-a-configuration-profile#responseChild141466

I didn't see the payload in the jamfPro macOS Configuration Profiles, but I could have missed it.

Just realized it was for Photos not iCloud Drive
