I am dealing with this issue where a user has these icons on their managed iPad. I am not sure if they are apps or shortcuts but nothing happens when I tap on them. Anyone have an idea of what they are and how I can remove them without having to wipe the device? Thanks in advance.

If I am correct the shortcuts app is disabled and does not show up on the users iPad. When I tap those icons nothing happens, any idea why?
