What do we do if we need to increase the JSS licenses for mobile devices. Is there any spill threshold where JAMF will overlook extra 5% or something. How would we increase the No. of licenses like either in blocks of 10 or 20 or we can just increase as we go.

Just contact sales at JAMF and they will explain everything to you. Generally speaking you can add what you want as you go, although larger blocks of licenses can sometimes bring you into a new tier for additional discounts on each license at renewal time. Or possibly true up closer to your renewal date. Although pretty sure JAMF will want you to add licenses sooner rather than later if you exceed what you're licensed for by more than just a small amount.
Anyway, don't take my word on this. Just call them and ask.
When I inquired about this , I was told to square it up at license renewal.
I agree, though, it may be best to talk to your account manager if you are blowing past your license count.
