I am trying to install wazuh agents in our organisation's computers in an effective way, and i wanted to use jamf pro for this. 

Any one have an idea on how to do this? or any alternative way?

Im not familiar with this applications. However from the vendors documentation it looks pretty straight forward. You would put the vendors package in a policy with a cache Action it rather than installing it. Then write a script using their documentation to run the package, and start the agent. I would suggest reaching out to the vendor for assistance if needed.
