Hello Jamf Community,

My team is facing an issue where multiple managed Macs (running macOS 15.4.1 and 15.5) are unable to connect to the internet. This problem was first noticed around 10:00 JST on June 15th.

We're using products from the Jamf Business Plan (https://www.jamf.com/products/business-plan/), although not all of them.

We've observed that disabling DNS Settings under Network > Filters in macOS settings resolves the issue. Non-Jamf managed Macs are not affected, leading us to believe this might be related to Jamf's configuration. The issue occurs on both recently updated Macs and those that haven't been updated recently.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues? We're looking for:

  1. Confirmation if others are experiencing this problem
  2. Potential causes
  3. Recommended solutions or workarounds

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Thank you so much for your responses. It's comforting to know that others were experiencing the same issue.
It appears that Jamf has now published a status update regarding this incident here: https://status.jamf.com/incidents/l232fkg3j2r8  , and it seems the problem has been resolved.
I have also confirmed that the issue has been resolved for our team as well.
Thank you all for your comments and support!

I highly recommend that anyone using Jamf products in their environment install https://github.com/jamf/jamfStatus to receive notifications any time Jamf posts a system status update as it's probably more noticeable than subscribing to email notifications.
