Trying to renew our DEP server token before it expires, have logged into Apple School Manager and clicked on the MDM to download the token p7m file, then tried to upload that file to the expiring instance and it says "The file received is not valid"

Any Suggestions?

Had this last year. You have to reupload the Jamf Pro public key in Apple School Manager.

Go into Jamf Pro Settings - Global Management - Automated Device Enrollment and download the Public Key. Then go into Apple School Manager - Settings - Your MDM-Server - select the MDM - upload the Public Key in MDM-Server-Settings. Afterwards download the DEP token and upload it in Jamf.

Had the same issue today. This fixed it for me as well.
