The fields bar code 1 and bar code 2 in a computers inventory / general list, can they be references from the mac? if so where is the file that data comes from?

+3The Bar Code 1 and 2 fields are not populated from data on the device. These can be populated prior to enrolment via Inventory Preload, or manually input by editing a computer entry in Jamf.
You can also populate these using an API call from the device. Remember though that Jamf recommend against doing API calls from an endpoint unless absolutely necessary
