With the update of iOS 26.4 there is now a prompt for age verification in the UK for content. Most of our managed phones do not have apple id’s associated with them and all apps are distributed through self service. Is there a blanket way to say all the phones are with users who are over the age of 18 to avoid having to deal with many service tickets.

We’ve updated a few devices to 26.4 but not seen anything. I assumed it was because we are using managed apple IDs or apple see’s these are managed devices. I’ve tried searching online to see how this age check works on company devices or even schools but can’t find anything. I’m sure they’ve thought about this and won’t prompt users that have managed devices or are signed in using a managed apple ID.
