I have jamfpro allow the camera only in specific specific apps, and disable the camera in the browser and others at all.

However, Disabling the camera will also prevent third-party apps from using the camera.

How do I deal with this?

It would seem that its an all or nothing situation with the MDM protocol:

Use of cameras

iOS 5

iPadOS 13.1

This restriction is deprecated on unsupervised devices and will be supervised only in a future release.

Cameras are disabled and the Camera icon is removed from the Home Screen in iOS and iPadOS. Users can’t take photographs or videos.

I don't think so we can disable the Camera based on the Apps.

Either you can completely disable it or allow it.
