I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know of a trick to disable the alarm app through an MDM command or other means? I've got 700 iPads in a room that are all going off since we didn't wipe them this year.

How about a config profile to restrict the app?

That's worth a shot! I'll try it when I'm back in the office.

Bump. Seems disabling the Clock app still doesn't make a difference and the alarm sounds anyway.

Anyone have any new ideas?

Not sure if you ever solved this but I think i just did by disabling the notifications on the CLOCK application... ( Bundle ID: com.apple.mobiletimer )

seems to prevent the alarm from showing anything or making any sounds.
