+2One of our enrollment technicians has come across an error where scoped apps won't install. The error message that is under the failed command is "Couldn't communicate with a helper application" Its an iPad and it's trying to install the Gmail app. See the attached screenshot. What could cause this? What can be done to prevent it?
Just chiming in to say me too except it occurred with Sketchbook and I have my iPads on School instead of Pro. The Google machine presented an Apple Developer forum post here that mentioned the error as far as back as 14.x.
+6I came across this recently as well. I was not able to push any commands to the iPads. I manually updated iOS and that seemed to do the trick.
