Hi all,

after the update to OS18, students can no longer receive files via airdrop on managed devices. They can, however, still send. And it does not seem to be a general OS18 issue. Anyone else have this issue?

having the same issue since iOS18 update. It seems to be connected to the app safelist/blocklist. If I turn off the blocklist in the profiles, everything works as it should.


So I just received the confirmation that this issue is caused by Jamf and that they are working on solving it quickly, keep an eye on those change logs... 😉

yes I can also confirm that iOs 18.0.1 seems to have fixed the problem :)
