I have my Prestage for one of my sites to them to prefix-serial. For some reason this is not occurring though, they are just being named "iPad". I don't know what other settings I need to look at but what else should I be doing here?

Is it possible you also have a configuration profile coming down that prevents changing device name? I have seen wonky naming when both prestage and configuration profile both are set to disallow name change, or fight to see who gets to set name
@Sandy I think that was the issue. The config profile said not to allow name changes. I enabled it and it still didn't work though. I completely deleted the iPad from Jam, wiped it and re-enrolled and it worked fine. Thanks!
