We have two sites using Shared iPads. For no apparent reason, all the iPads switched to English and the saved documents disappeared. The students then changed the language settings, and the documents reappeared.
Have you ever received feedback about this type of behavior?

+26Just curious - are you using federated accounts or straight up temporary guest sessions? If the latter, then naturally the profile will remove the files on the profile at log out. As far as the language, do you have the settings for that locked down or can users change the language?
