IS there an ETA on the USA hosted outage.

I’m unable to apply settings or enroll a single device.

You can check https://status.jamf.com/ for status and updates on all their outages.

This does not help much. It just says operational. I checked the page earlier and it was not showing ETA. I was hoping someone else also reached out to support and they gave them ETA.

The status page shows:
Past Incidents
Mar 4, 2019
No incidents reported.
Mar 3, 2019
No incidents reported.
Mar 2, 2019
No incidents reported.

???

Are you still experiencing issues? We have not had any this morning.

I'm not sure where my instance is hosted from, but I didn't see any outages myself, unless they occurred while I was asleep.
In any event, the status page has been updated now

@mm2270 It was on us-east-1 (So the Northeast and some of the Midwest, such as Ohio where I'm based). It started around 6 or 7AM yesterday morning and continued on until earlier this morning. It wasn't down entirely but performance was degraded to the point where mdm commands would either fail due to a timeout or wouldn't reach devices until ~5 minutes after being issued.

For me, the commands would fail starting on Sunday afternoon.
