hi there, we have issue with the jamf connect new version not updating. and i was wondering can we manually download as dwg file and install manually? since the mac users aren't able to conenct. they do have the newer license added.

+26Jamf Connect is provided as a .pkg, not a .dmg. The dmg contains the Jamf Connect package as well as some resource files. You could move the .pkg to the device in question and manually run the package, though I would not suggest it. However, the package nor .dmg does not contain the license. The license is deployed with a Configuration Profile targeting com.jamf.connect.login and must be updated each year when you renew your license as the product key changes.
