I have a user who is encountering a Jamf Connect window that will not go away.  There is no option to exit out of the window, it is also grayed out so he cannot enter any credentials.  I searched the forum for similar issues but couldn't find anything.  Has anyone encountered this?  I confirmed he is in the AD security group for Jamf Connect, and he is the first user to run into the issue.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!

We recently implemented Jamf Connect and I noticed something similar when my trial expired. Does this user have the proper license config profile?
