JAMF Connect ROPG Failure

HI everyone,

I am trying to implement JAMF Connect in our organization. I was able to successfully configure the OIDC, but while testing the ROPG, I am getting the attached error. 

I have confirmed that the client secret ID is correct, as the ROPG login is working for just one account. Also, all the users have been given access to the Enterprise Application.

 

Any leads would be helpful.

How did you configure the plists?  And yes, you’ll need two (Jamf Connect and Jamf Connect Login).

The configuration works, but only for the accounts that were created directly on Entra. none of the AD synced accounts are working.

Are you using ADDS to create accounts and leveraging ADFS?
