I've not had any issues with Jamf Pro instances I manage post-update where automatic device enrollment no longer works. But I would recommend checking if your automatic device enrollment token has expired within Jamf Pro. You can check this by navigating to Settings > Global > Automatic Device Enrollment . Then select your ABM integration & at the bottom of the page you should be able to see if it has expired or not.
I'd recommend though, whether the token shows as expired or not, if it is no longer sync'ing with ABM it is worth renewing the token to see if this resolves the issue.
Here is a link to Jamf documentation on doing this: https://learn.jamf.com/en-US/bundle/jamf-pro-documentation-current/page/Automated_Device_Enrollment_Integration.html
Jamf have also put this video together to walk you through the process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wI8LMzc0TbU
I hope this helps.
I had this issue with ASM. Like @SlipStream it may be the token that has expired which those are the steps I would follow. For my issue, I had to already renewed the token and uploaded it to my JAMF ADE section and was still having the syncing issue. Jamf Support has me grab a public key from the Settings > Global > Automatic Device Enrollment and upload it to my ASM > Account in bottom left > MDM Servers > My specific MDM Server > Upload the public key
Not quite sure what broke but I know that doing those steps did solve my issue. Hope this helps!
Renewing the token will fix the Sync issues,
